What if I want an OzParty Experience but my group size is too large/small?

Don't despair! Contact our our Event Extraordinaire's on 1800 OZ PARTY (697 278) or email enquiries@ozpartyevents.com and we can work up an amazing experience for you that sits within your group size and budget. 

What if I've already booked but my guest numbers have changed? 

Don't worry! It's quite normal for guest numbers to change on the lead up to your event. If your group size changes just call our Event Extraordinaire's on 1800 OZ PARTY (697 278) and we will do our very best to re-work the package to accommodate your new group size. There may however be price implications for a reduction in group size.

What if I want to go to a specific venue that you don't currently have listed?

We carefully select our partnered venues to ensure that our OzParty guests receive a truly exceptional experience. However, we're constantly adding new and exciting party and events experiences to our OzParty services so there's every possibility we may already partner with your desired venue/service provider. If not we will certainly look to accommodate your request wherever possible, however there may be a change to the standard package inclusions if a venue is selected outside of our partnered portfolio.

What if I wanted to create my own party or event experience?

Our parties and events have been created and shaped by us to offer the BEST event experience for you and your guests. However, if you want to create a specific party or event the 'create your own' option is definitely for you! What if I want to add on one of your WOW upgrade services after I've booked?

No problem!  Just contact one of our Event Extraordinaire's on  1800 OZ PARTY (697 278) or email enquiries@ozpartyevents.com and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. All WOW services are subject to availability. Your Event's Extraordinaire will advise of any additional costs payable to include the service in your experience.

How far in advance should I book?

In order to ensure you have the best choice in event experiences and entertainment services we recommend you book as early as possible (preferably at least 3-6months in advance). However, if you need to organise a last minute party or event please get in contact with us and we'll do our very best to work up an extraordinary event for you. We've accommodated bookings with as little as 48hrs notice.

What if there are underage guests in my event?

A number of our OzParty party and event experiences are designed specifically with underage guests in mind. There are strict rules governing underage guests in licensed premises. However, underage guests can be accommodated in certain venues provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian. There may however be time restrictions to be adhered to. Please contact our Events Team for further guidance concerning events with underage guests.

Will I have to bring anything to the event?

Your photo I.D, good energy and a smile. Any additional specific event requirements will be outlined in your detailed booking confirmation.

What if I need to organise accommodation as part of my event?

We can offer preferential rates on a number of hotel partners and often bundle discounts are available if you book the entire package through us. Additionally it's one payment, one point of contact, one less thing to worry about! PAYMENT

How does payment work?

There are two payment stages:

Step 1:  Pay a deposit to secure your event (typically 25% based on your minimum estimated guest numbers). This reserves your event for you and your guests for your selected date and time. The event is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

Step 2:  Pay the event balance at least 14 days before the event date. 

Do I need to pay a bond?

Some of our experience providers require payment of a security bond. This will be stipulated at the time of booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Direct Deposit, Cash Deposit. 

What if I cancel the booking?

If you need to cancel please call and notify one of our Event Extraordinaire's as soon as possible. We may be able to assist you in re-booking or re-designing the experience to suit your needs. If you proceed with cancelling your booking you will be subject to our cancellation policies and that of our third party experience providers which you are bound to follow.

Note all deposit payments are forfeited in the event you, or a representative acting on your behalf, cancels the booking. In the unlikely event OzParty need to cancel the booking and the booking cannot be re-scheduled at a convenient time to suit you the bond is fully returnable.

Please be aware in the case of a short term cancellation (less than 14 days) made by you, you may lose your balance entirely.
